Our products are made with industrial hemp in compliance with the Agricultural Act (2014 Farm Bill and 2018 Farm Bill updates) and Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 in conformance with California Food and Agricultural Code, Division 24, §81001, et seq., and Oregon Revised Statutes §557.010, et seq. and all other applicable federal, state and local regulations.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The Company is a legally incorporated corporation in the State of Oregon and qualified to conduct business in the State of California and Oregon and hold the following permits:

  • Hemp Permit by the Oregon Department of Agriculture (AG-R1089832IHH)
  • Seller’s Permit by the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (202735488)
  • Business License by the City of Hayward to manufacture hemp products. (312817)
  • Business License by the City of Medford (BL20-00055)
  • Industrial Hemp Inhalables Authorization by CA Department of Public Health (119132)
  • Processed Food Registration by CA Department of Public Health (119132)
  • Cosmetic Manufacturing Registration by CA Department of Public Health (119132)
